At Reading Planets, we dedicate special care and attention to every book we create. Since our books are highly personalized and tailored to each individual, our shipping and returns policy reflects the unique nature of our products.


Delivery Timeframes
Because every book is made to order and completely unique, your book will be shipped approximately 7 to 10 days after your order is placed. The total estimated delivery time is around 15 to 17 days



Returns Policy

Personalized Products
All Astrobooks are made to order, which means they are completely unique to each customer. Due to this personalization, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a book has been printed and shipped.

Exception – Damaged Products
We understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. If your Astrobook arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@readingplanets.com so we can arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellations
If you have just placed your order (within the last 48 hours), please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@readingplanets.com so we can cancel your order before it is sent to print.


Procedure for Damaged Products

  1. Contact Us – If your Astrobook arrives damaged, please email us at contact@readingplanets.com with details of the damage. Be sure to include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

  2. Customer Support – Our team is committed to resolving any issues related to damaged books. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other corrective measures.
