Products – The products sold on the website are personalized based on the information provided by the customer. Reading Planets is committed to respecting the information provided by the customer and will not use this information for commercial purposes.

Prices – All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Reading Planets reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment – Payment for products is made by credit card through a secure payment system, or via PayPal.

Delivery – Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are stated on the website. Reading Planets cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.

Warranty – Reading Planets guarantees that the products conform to the information provided by the customer. In the event of non-conformity due to an error on our part or if the product arrives damaged, the customer may contact our customer service team at contact@readingplanets.com within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases.

Intellectual Property – All elements of the website remain the intellectual property of Reading Planets. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any elements of the website, even in part, without prior written consent from Reading Planets.

Liability – Reading Planets cannot be held liable for indirect damages caused to the customer, their property, or their business relationships.

Governing Law – These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

Right of Withdrawal – In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason and without incurring penalties, except for potential return shipping costs. However, due to the personalized and print-on-demand nature of our products, once an order has been sent to print (approximately 72 hours after the order is placed), it can no longer be modified or canceled. Data Protection – Reading Planets is committed to protecting its customers’ personal data in accordance with data protection laws. The data collected is necessary for order management and customer service improvement. In accordance with the law, customers have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data.

Modification of Terms – Reading Planets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the date of the order.
